🔁 15-Day Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy for all Fonzaa products. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

📦 How to Return

Returning your order is quick and easy. Simply visit our website and use the "Return Order" option on the footer or in your order history page. No email required.

✅ Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be included (order number or invoice)

Note: Returns without a valid request submitted through our website will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please submit a return request via the website immediately. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly with a replacement or full refund.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union also have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery without any specific reason.

To qualify, the product must be in its original, unused condition with packaging intact.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
